Eligibility: Head of Household or Co-Head must be age 62 or older at the time of application.
The waiting list for studio and 1-bedroom units for Hillcrest Gardens opens on April 18, 2023 at 9:00 AM.
Applications will be available to submit online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on April 25, 2023.
Paper applications will also be available to pick up at 550 Hillcrest Avenue, Livermore, CA 94550 at the following times:
- Tuesday, April 18, 2023 through Tuesday, April 25, 2023, 10am – 3pm
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Paper applications must be postmarked by April 25, 2023 AND received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on May 2, 2023.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 100 applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. The 24-hour support phone line will open on April 18, 2023 at 9:00 AM and close on April 25, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Please call (833) 434-0464 for assistance.
