The Bay Area Community Land Trust (BACLT) and McGee Avenue Baptist Church are delighted to announce the availability of 8 newly renovated apartments at the Stuart Street Co-Op Apartments, with rents affordable for households earning less than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Be part of the first group of residents to form a new Affordable Housing Co-op in Berkeley!
