1 and 2 bdrm. Rent 30% of income. Deposit equal to rent. No minimum income. Maximum monthly income based on AMI. One wheelchair accessible unit. WAIT LIST OPEN May 5 to May 19, 2026. See application and income details below. Units include: stove, refrigerator and garbage disposals, computer lab, controlled access, onsite property management and supportive services, coin-operated laundry facility on site.

  • Water and Garbage are paid.
  • No credit check fees
  • Does require background check.
  • Does not accept Section 8.
  • Does not accept Vendor Pay.
  • Does not accept cosigner.
  • Will not work with previous evictions.
  • Will work with Rental Assistance Program (RAP).
  • There is a Wait list for Parking.
  • Near Public Transportation.
  • Near Schools and Shops.
  • Pets are allowed but not all pets. One pet per unit and must weigh under 30 lbs. Pet Deposit is $200.

The waiting list for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units at Fairmount Apartments opens on May 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 19, 2026.

Applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications will be available to pick up at the property at these times:

  • Tuesday: May 5th, 12th, 19th
  • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Thursday: May 7th, May 14th
  • 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Paper applications must be mailed to the address listed on the application. Applications submitted by mail must be received by the manager’s office by 5:00 PM on May 19, 2026.
